Enroute from Larvik to Sandnes, the "Nordfjord" ran aground on March 10, 2017,
at 11:30 a.m. south of Karmsundet
The vessel got stuck just below Coop Extra at Moksheim
It was able to refloat itself with own power
It suffered a hole in the hull and water ingress in the forepeak
The ship was ordered to proceed to Kopervik pending further investigations,
arriving there at 12.30 p.m.
The police routinely took blood alcohol samples of the officer at the helm which was negative

The vessel was moored to Kopervik for inspections and was allowed to continued to Sandnes and sailed from Kopervik 21.30 local time today, With ETA Sandnes ca 01.00. March 11
