The "Egon W" ran aground on Sep 13, 2016, at 8 a.m. in Lapinsalmi,
off the western coast of Harkinsalo - Vesseltracker.com
The ship with a crew of six and a pilot on board was en route from Joensuu to Glückstadt
It refloated about three hours later with own means, after divers had surveyed the bottom
The grounding was caused by an engine failure as this did not reverse when required
After refloating, the vessel turned back and returned to Savonlinna at 3.45 p.m.
