The "Ankie" suffered trouble with its main engine and went adrift nothwest of Gotland on Jan 12, 2015, enroute from Hamburg to Inkoo with a cargo of steel cables.
The conditions were relatively favorable, and a tug is on the way.
The Swedish Coastguard sent the patrol boat "KBV 003 - Amfitrite" to assist. The ship was currently drifting with one knot.
