Russian freighter headlong bridge hit, Busan
Russian cargo ship SEAGRAND struck a bridge in Busan, Korea, at around 1623 LT Feb 28
Both ship and bridge sustained serious damages
Bridge traffic is closed, status and position of the ship not known yet
No details on the cause of accident
Judging from video, either the ship went out of control,
veered off course and struck the bridge, or people on the bridge were, kind of, deranged

Russian captain drunk - freighter allided with bridge
On Feb 27, 2019, at 4.20 p.m. the SEAGRAND, coming from the Yongho Pier,
veered off course and got stuck between the pillars of the Gwangan Bridge in Busan
The crew of the vessel was not injured, but the bridge and the vessel itself were damaged
The ship had been bound for Vladivostok with cargo of 1.415 steel coils,
after offloading a cargo of steel pipes, and should have sailed in the opposite direction
40 minutes before the accident, it touched a cruise ship
The captain was found to be intoxicated with 0,86 per thousand by the South Korean Coastguard
The vessel shifted to the Southern harbour anchorage for further investigations
