Grounding on the Wester Scheldt
The "Fast Sam", which had sailed from Antwerp at 6.45 p.m. bound to Naestved,
ran aground on the Wester Scheldt at the E12 buoy on June 20, 2019
The tugs "Multratug 1", "Bravo" and "Patrol" arrived quickly on scene
At 9.30 p.m. the "Multratug 1" connected to the ship, followed by the "Bravo" at 10.20 p.m.
Because the tide had already dropped too much, at 11.30 p.m. it was decided to postpone the refloating to the next flood
The ship was finally berthed in Flushing for investigations
on June 21 at 5.45 a.m. at the roro pontoon north in the Quarles Port
